Are your vitamins safe? Where are they made?
I am pregnant/trying to become pregnant and/or breastfeeding. Am I able to get vitamin injections?
Is my child able to get vitamin injections?
- Age 18 years or older: client may consent to treatment themselves.
- Age 15 – 17 years: client must obtain parent’s signature prior to treatment.
- Age 14 years or less: client must provide a physician’s written consent for treatment.
Am I able to take them home and administer myself or do I have to come in to the store each time?
What is you return/exchange policy?
For the health and safety of our customers, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges for medications, vitamins, and mineral shots. These products are typically non-returnable due to health and sanitary reasons. Please carefully consider your purchase before completing your transaction.
Reasons for the Policy:
Health and Safety: Medications, vitamins, and mineral shots are ingested or applied to the body, making them susceptible to contamination if opened or tampered with.
Sanitary Concerns: Once a product is opened, it cannot be guaranteed to be free of bacteria or other contaminants that could pose a health risk.
Quality Assurance: To maintain the integrity and effectiveness of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or tampered items.
Regulatory Compliance: Some products may be regulated by government agencies, and returning opened items may violate these regulations.
Exceptions:
In certain cases, we may consider an exchange or refund if the product is unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging. However, this is subject to management approval on a case-by-case basis.

I have a fish allergy. Do any of your vitamins contain fish oil?
Why injections, why not pills?
When vitamins are taken in pill form, your stomach must digest the pill (and all those nasty fillers) breaking it down initially, then passing it to your liver, which then breaks it down even more and passes it along to your bloodstream. Studies have shown that less than 10% of the traditional tablet or capsule is absorbed by your body. What a waste!
Don’t forget to consider that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) does not determine whether dietary supplements are safe and effective before they hit the marketplace. Instead, consumers are at the mercy of the manufacturer. They merely get a stamp of approval of properly labeling the item (which is loosely monitored, at best).
